Our office performs DXA bone densitometry of the spine and hip to diagnose osteoporosis and measure response to treatment. We use a Lunar DPX-IQ dual x-ray absorptiometer, the state-of-the-art technology for measuring bone density to assess risk of spine and hip fractures. Scans are accomplished within a few minutes and a report is sent to your physician by the next day.
